Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies Recipe (24 pieces):

  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (175g) semisweet chocolate chips
  • OR: boxed Brownie mix

For the Peanut Butter swirl:

  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup (15g)of powdered sugar

For the chocolate ganache:

  • 1 cup (175g) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 6 Tbs (90ml) heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in both sugars until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. (You can also use a box of Brownie Mix and follow the directions at this point).
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour 1/2 of the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
