Cranberry Mayonnaise

Bright, creamy, and slightly tangy — this Cranberry Mayonnaise is a simple yet delicious twist on the classic condiment. Made with just a few ingredients, it turns leftover cranberry sauce into a festive spread that instantly elevates sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and even roasted meats. The hint of lemon brings freshness, while the cranberries add color and flavor that’s perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas leftovers.
Cranberry Mayonnaise Recipe:
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise (try my homemade recipe, it’s amazing!)
- 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce (try my homemade recipe, it’s also amazing!)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
(Optional: Add a pinch of Dijon mustard for a savory note, or a teaspoon of honey for a sweeter version.)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cranberry sauce.
- Add the lemon juice and stir until smooth and well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serving Ideas
- Spread on turkey or chicken sandwiches.
- Use as a dip for fries or roasted potatoes.
- Serve alongside roasted meats or cold cuts.
- Add to wraps or sliders for a festive twist.

Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before each use.
