Cranberry Swirl Fudge

There’s something magical about holiday fudge—rich, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth sweetness that feels like pure Christmas cheer. This Cranberry Swirl Fudge takes that classic comfort and gives it a festive, fruity twist. Silky white chocolate meets the bright, tart sparkle of homemade cranberry sauce, creating a gorgeous marbled treat that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. It’s perfect for gifting, sharing, or simply enjoying with a cup of hot cocoa by the tree.
This recipe is wonderfully simple, uses just a handful of ingredients, and turns leftover cranberry sauce into something truly special. If you want a holiday dessert that looks fancy but takes almost no effort—this is it!
⭐ Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½–¾ cup cranberry sauce (make my delicious homemade recipe)
⭐ Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy lifting. - Melt the Fudge Base
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together. Stir continuously until smooth and creamy. - Add Flavor
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. - Pour & Swirl
Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared pan.
Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce across the top, then use a knife to gently swirl it into the fudge. Don’t overmix—you want beautiful marbled ribbons. - Chill
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set. - Slice & Enjoy
Lift the fudge out by the parchment and cut into squares. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
