⭐ Cranberry Stir-Fry Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (use my homemade recipe)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1–2 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water to make a slurry)
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and water.
- Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture becomes smooth and begins to bubble.
- Add the cornstarch slurry and whisk until the glaze thickens to your liking — glossy, sticky, and spoon-coating.
- Taste and adjust: add more soy for saltiness, more vinegar for brightness, or more honey for sweetness.
- Pour over stir-fried chicken, veggies, beef strips, shrimp, or tofu (your choice). Toss well and serve immediately.

This glaze doubles as an amazing dipping sauce for potstickers or spring rolls!
