- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for frying

- Electric mixer
- Whisk
- Electric Skillet
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Fine mesh Strainer (for dusting)
To Serve
- Maple syrup
- Extra cranberry sauce
- Powdered sugar
- Fresh berries (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the Cranberry Filling
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla using electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
2. Assemble the French Toast
Spread the cranberry cream cheese mixture on four slices of brioche. Top each with another slice to make sandwiches.
3. Whisk the Custard
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Dip & Cook
Heat an electric skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
Dip each stuffed brioche sandwich into the custard — just a few seconds per side — then place onto the hot pan. Cook 3–4 minutes per side, or until deeply golden and crisp.
5. Serve Warm
Slice, dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with warm maple syrup, and add extra cranberry sauce on top for a festive touch.

Tips for the Best Stuffed French Toast
- Use thick brioche slices — they soak up the custard beautifully.
- Don’t over-soak; a quick dip is perfect.
- Warm your cranberry sauce slightly so it spreads easily.
- For extra indulgence, add a splash of orange zest to the filling!
