3. Slice & Second Bake
Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (165°C). Slice logs diagonally into ¾-inch slices using a serrated knife.
Lay slices cut-side down and bake for 10–12 minutes, flip, and bake another 10–12 minutes until crisp.
4. Cool & Decorate
Cool completely on wire cooling rack. Dip or drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
