Ingredients
- 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows (divided)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional:
- Extra marshmallows for topping
- Green sprinkles
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pan
Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly butter it.
2️⃣ Melt the Base
In a large pot over low heat, melt butter.
Add 3 cups mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt.
3️⃣ Add the Cereal
Quickly fold in Lucky Charms cereal and remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows.
Mix gently until coated but don’t crush the cereal.
4️⃣ Press & Set
Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
Lightly press down using a buttered spatula (don’t pack too firmly — that keeps them soft!).
Let cool 30–45 minutes before slicing.
Tips for Extra Gooey Treats
