Protein-powered Chia Pudding Recipe:

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 cup milk (2%)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (your favorite flavor — vanilla works well)
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

    I tend to have the same thing for breakfast every day. This recipe takes a little planning ahead but it is worth it. Light and refreshing healthy and filling (because of the protein powder) I loved this
