Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian sausage links (mild, sweet, or spicy)
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced into strips
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
- Optional: hoagie rolls or ciabatta for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. - Prepare veggies:
Toss sliced bell peppers and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the sheet pan. - Add sausage:
Place the sausage links on top of the veggies. - Roast:
