🍗 Baked Chicken Wings (4 Flavor Options)

These Baked Chicken Wings are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for game day! Oven-baked for ease and less mess, they’re finished with four classic flavors—Classic, BBQ, Honey Garlic, and Lemon Pepper—so there’s something for everyone at your Super Bowl party. Ingredients (Base Wings)
- 3 lbs. chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions (Base Method)
- Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly spray with oil. - Season wings:
Pat wings completely dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - Bake:
Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden. - Sauce & serve:

- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Mix together and toss with hot wings.

- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Honey Garlic
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened, then toss with wings.
Lemon Pepper
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1–2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Toss wings while hot and finish with extra lemon zest if desired.
