Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Cups

Flaky, festive, and impossibly easy!

There’s something magical about recipes that look fancy but take almost no effort — and these Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Cups are exactly that. Warm, buttery layers of flaky puff pastry cradle creamy, melted Brie and a bright dollop of cranberry sauce (or your favorite jam or jelly). As they bake, the Brie turns silky, the cranberry sauce bubbles gently, and the pastry rises into golden, delicate layers.

They’re the perfect bite for holiday parties, cozy gatherings, or anytime you want a beautiful treat without spending hours in the kitchen. Made in a mini cupcake pan, each cup is cute, elegant, and just the right size for guests to grab and enjoy.

And the best part? You can use your leftover cranberry sauce — homemade or store-bought — making these little pastries both practical and irresistible, OR any kind of jam or jelly you like.

Ingredients

Makes about 20 mini cups (depending on pan size and puff pastry sheet size)

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry, thawed
  • 6–8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ½–¾ cup Cranberry sauce (use my very good homemade recipe), OR any kind of jam or jelly you like
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish

Instructions

1. Prep the pastry
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
Cut the thawed puff pastry into 2-inch squares and gently press each square into a muffin cup.

2. Add the filling
Place a cube of Brie in the center of each pastry square.
Top each with ½–1 teaspoon cranberry sauce (or jam / jelly).

3. Brush & bake
Brush the exposed pastry edges with a light egg wash.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed, golden, and melty.

4. Garnish & serve
Let cool for 3–5 minutes, then remove from pan on wire cooling rack.
Top with a tiny sprig of thyme or rosemary for a beautiful finish.

Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Cups, gooey heaven.

Serve warm — they’re heavenly!

Enjoy!

What an amazing way to use Thanksgiving leftovers. Warmed up gravy from a jar for dipping and had to force myself to stop eating them at 5!
