If you’re looking for a festive twist on classic chicken wings, this Cranberry Glazed Chicken Wings recipe brings all the cozy holiday flavors straight to your table. The glaze is made with cranberry sauce, soy sauce, garlic, honey, and a touch of heat, giving the wings a glossy, red-tinted finish that tastes as good as it looks. ⭐ Ingredients

For the Wings:

  • 2 ½ lbs chicken wings (split into flats and drumettes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Cranberry Glaze:

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (use my homemade recipe)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or orange juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

🔥 Instructions

1. Prep the Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the chicken wings dry (this helps them crisp!), then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Arrange them on the rack in a single layer.

2. Bake Until Crispy

Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.

3. Make the Cranberry Glaze

While the wings bake, add cranberry sauce, honey, soy sauce, vinegar or orange juice, mustard, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a small saucepan.
Simmer on low for 5–7 minutes, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.

4. Toss the Wings

Place hot wings in a large bowl. Pour the warm cranberry glaze over top and toss until evenly coated.

5. Serve & Enjoy

Garnish with chopped parsley, extra cranberries, or sliced green onions for a festive touch. Serve immediately!
