Nutella-Swirled Brownies

If you’re craving a rich, chocolatey dessert that feels extra special, these Nutella-Swirled Brownies are exactly what you need. They’re deeply fudgy, perfectly chewy around the edges, and beautifully marbled with creamy Nutella in every bite.

These brownies are simple enough for a cozy weekend bake, but decadent enough for Valentine’s Day, holidays, or anytime you want a show-stopping chocolate treat.

Once you slice into those swirls? Pure chocolate magic. ✨🍫

Why You’ll Love These Brownies

  • Ultra fudgy and rich
  • Gorgeous Nutella swirl in every bite
  • Easy to make with pantry staples
  • Perfect for parties, gifting, or date-night dessert
  • Chocolate lover approved!

Ingredients

Brownie Batter

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Nutella Swirl

  • ⅓ to ½ cup Nutella (slightly warmed for easier swirling)

Optional:

  • Chocolate chips for extra richness
  • Flaky sea salt on top

Instructions

1. Preheat and Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.

2. Make the Brownie Batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until glossy.

Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
Do not overmix.

3. Add Nutella

Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Drop spoonfuls of Nutella evenly across the surface .

Using a knife or toothpick, gently swirl Nutella into the batter to create a marbled look(for thinner ribbons use piping bag) .

4. Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is just set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Let brownies cool completely before slicing.

Tips for Perfect Nutella Swirls

  • Warm Nutella for 10–15 seconds so it swirls easily
  • Don’t over-swirl — you want ribbons, not fully mixed batter
  • Chill brownies before cutting for clean slices
