- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp buttermilk

For the Cream Cheese Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1️⃣ Prepare the Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients

Unroll cooled cake, spread filling evenly, then re-roll tightly (without towel).
