  • 1 1/2 cups (135 g) rolled oats (old fashioned)
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) honey
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) coconut oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare homemade granola (optional)

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Mix:

  • oats
  • cinnamon
  • salt

Stir in:

  • honey
  • melted coconut oil or butter

Spread on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes, stirring once.
Cool completely before using.

2. Prepare yogurt mixture

If desired, mix yogurt with vanilla extract for extra flavor.

3. Assemble parfaits

In 4 glasses layer:

  1. 2–3 tbsp yogurt
  2. berries
  3. granola
  4. drizzle of honey

Repeat layers once more.
